Our Buildings
You don’t have to settle for a plain, “metal box” self storage building. Every structure we deliver is thoughtfully designed by licensed professionals, with both function and appearance in mind. To enhance curb appeal, buildings can be finished with block, stucco, or brick, creating a more attractive and durable presence.
Design choices are often guided by the character of the site itself. Flat properties, for example, may be best suited to single-level layouts, while sloped terrain can lend itself to efficient bi-level configurations. In markets where land costs are high—or where customers are already accustomed to using elevators, such as in urban areas—multi-level facilities are often the most cost-effective and practical solution.
Additional features like mezzanines and RV structures can also be incorporated into the final plan. A mezzanine is essentially an added floor within an existing building, ideal for conversions with ceilings 18 feet or higher. Because self storage facilities require a live load capacity of 125 pounds per square foot, our mezzanines are engineered to exceed the strength of standard commercial mezzanines, ensuring long-term durability and safety.
